With a purpose to instill ‘green habits’ in the new generation and thus change attitude towards the planet, the Ayb School launches a new environmental course offered by Climate Uturn, which is a sustainable development and awareness platform that kicked off 2 years ago under the aegis of IDeA Foundation.
The pilot stage includes eight Ayb High School students, who will implement a sustainable food development project after a two-week course. The online lessons will be held by Climate Uturn CEO Diana Badeian.
The aim of this leadership program is to familiarize school students with ecologically sustainable culture and help them carry out their own projects to make their school more sustainable. As part of the course, the students will get knowledge and experience on resolution of environmental problems (urban development, energy sufficiency, ocean cleanup, sustainable food and clothing).
