Little explorers of Ayb School visited Wigmore Clinic

On October 20, the little explorers of Ayb School visited Wigmore Clinic where they improved their knowledge of science after having an exciting and educational excursion. They enjoyed seeing a wide range of medical equipment and getting knowledge about their usage. Zaven Koloyan, child traumatologist and orthopedic surgeon, acquainted them with the rehabilitation process of the patients here.

The meeting was in an interactive format as students were actively answering the questions of the doctor and at the same time asking questions to him with the same enthusiasm.

After the introduction at the reception, the little guests went to the examination room. Here the doctor told the children about fractures and prostheses, while our students showed their brilliant knowledge of bones. At the Radiation Diagnostic Department, they learned about the complexity of human fractures. After the Walking Laboratory, they went to the surgery where they summarized their tour. The children were very happy and left the medical center with a lot of knowledge.
